Ladies Advance

The mission of Ladies Advance is to exemplify the Proverbs 31 woman and to glorify God by ministering to women of all ages and assisting them to encourage one another and build each other up in the Lord.

At the Advance, – we do not retreat– we open our doors to ladies from other churches in New England, to fellowship with us.

The Advance is usually held the second or third week of September, beginning Friday evening and continuing all day Saturday. Ladies traveling a long distance may stay in our homes, right here at Cornerstone or in a local inn or motel. Ladies from our church do not stay away overnight, but you certainly may if you desire a more complete getaway!

Each year, the committee chooses a theme and main speaker. We develop the weekend around the two and offer practical workshops, crafts, prayer time and a mission project.

Ladies Advance has been known to powerfully change the lives of the ladies in attendance. It is a time of growth, ministry, spiritual challenge and profound blessings.
